Steve joined Perry Metal Protection in April 2018 after previously holding senior roles with Gallagher Group, Ballance Agri-Nutrients and SealesWinslow Ltd.

Steve is the General Manager, overseeing site operations for Perry Metal Protection, Perry Grating and Waikato Sandblasting Services.

Steve is a family man who carries a wealth of knowledge and experience in Supply chain and distribution, Operations, Lean Manufacturing and believes in putting culture and his people first while maintaining high standards and a continuous improvement mindset to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and product quality.

Ashton joined Perry Metal Protection at the beginning of 2021 from Tidd Ross Todd (TRT) based in Hamilton where she held the position of HR & Compliance Manager for the past 2 years.

Ashton brings with her a diverse range of HR and Compliance experience and a real passion for people.

Carmen started with Perry Metal Protection in July 2023 after 6 years working in the Dairy industry. 

Carmen’s job is to provide executive support to the PMP board and leadership team. 

Christina joined Perry Metal Protection in 2022 from Schick Civil Construction where she held the position of Financial Controller for the past 2 years. Prior to that she held a management accountant role at Gallaghers. 

Christina brings a wealth of management accounting knowledge and business simplicity. She is passionate about driving efficiencies and challenging those to be the best they can be.

Mark joined Perry Metal Protection in 2008, from 7 years’ experience within the Steel industry. Mark Is the Northern Region Account manager and is closely involved with large projects and coordinates customers’ requirements with the Auckland and Te Rapa plants. A pivotal part of the PMP team.

Ruben started with PMP in 2022 as our Southern Sales Manager and later that year was appointed as the Southern Regional Manager for the Christchurch & Wellington plants. Originally from the North Island, Ruben has been based in Christchurch for a little over 4 years.

Bruce joined Perry Metal Protection in 1993 working night shift on the Kettle.  Bruce is now the Operations Manager of our largest plant, Hamilton.  Bruce is a true example of our Perry values and a well-respected member of PMP.

Ken joined Perry Metal Protection in 1977 as a factory worker and worked in our Christchurch plant between 1980-1983. Ken was shift supervisor for 7 years before becoming day shift manager, then production manager and now is not only the Operations Manager of our BOP plant but one of our most knowledgeable and valued staff members at PMP.

Junior started with PMP in 2010 straight out of secondary school. Over the past 13 years he has held various roles in the factory, yard and admin. Most recently, Junior was appointed as the Operations Manager of the Christchurch plant in 2022.
